What's the difference between standard and advanced and premium?

The main difference is in the number of monthly patients you can manage per employee:

Standard: up to 20 patients
Advanced: up to 60 patients
Premium: unlimited patients

In addition, each plan includes different features. If you need it, you can contact our sales team and we will help you find the plan that best suits your query.

Is VAT included? Can I deduct it?

No, VAT is not included in the price, but you can deduct it without problems.

What does active patients mean?

Any user who has completed at least one session during the month is considered an active patient. If a patient performs more than one session, they will only be considered an active patient.

Are active patients per professional or per facility?

Active patients are per professional.

What plan is it for me?

It will depend on the number of patients you manage, how many collaborators are part of your team and the features you need. You can contact our sales team: they will advise you to help you choose the Eholo plan that best suits your objectives and needs.
